By using the NaMo Ghat Event Booking service through the Kashi Darshan platform, users agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read all terms carefully before booking.

Service Description

This service allows users to book dedicated spaces at NaMo Ghat for various events such as cultural programs, gatherings, photography sessions, community events, and other approved activities through our online platform.

User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and valid details during the event booking process.
• Users must arrive at NaMo Ghat on time as per their allotted booking schedule.
• Users must carry valid ID proofs for verification when required.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their event activities follow local rules and guidelines.
• Users must maintain cleanliness at the venue and avoid causing damage to public property.
• Users must follow instructions given by authorized officials or on-ground staff.

Booking and Payment

Booking: Users can book NaMo Ghat event slots through the Kashi Darshan app or website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the administration.

Payment: Payments can be done online using the available payment methods. The booking fee includes applicable charges, taxes, or additional usage fees depending on the event category.

Receipt: A digital receipt will be shared via SMS/email after successful payment and confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: Users may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur charges depending on the policy.

Refunds: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method as per the refund policy.

On-Ground Responsibilities

• Event organizers must follow safety and regulatory guidelines enforced by local authorities.
• Loud music, public disturbance, or restricted activities are prohibited unless special permission is granted.
• Any equipment brought by users must be safe and used responsibly.
• Users must vacate the booked area immediately upon completion of their scheduled slot.

Privacy and Data Protection

Liability

Kashi Darshan (VSCL) acts as a facilitator for NaMo Ghat event bookings. Event arrangements and execution are the responsibility of the user or the organizing entity.

VSCL is not liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, disruptions, event delays, or damages caused by external factors such as weather, crowd situations, or administrative restrictions.

Users are responsible for any damage caused to the ghat property during their event.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities or unauthorized large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Use of fireworks, hazardous materials, alcohol, or substances banned by law is not allowed.
• Commercial activities without prior approval are forbidden.

Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of revised terms.
