No, you can’t transfer the pass. However, you can share the Kashi Darshan pass with the people registered in the pass.

It is possible to reschedule through Kashi Darshan However, you will need to check the respective services for more details on rescheduling.

Yes, you can buy the Kashi Darshan from anywhere using the Kashi Darshan mobile app or website.

Once booked, you need to show your QR code in both soft and hard copies (where it require) at the attraction and your ID proof

Not all attractions have the option to cancel. You can check out the attractions individually to find if the booking can be canceled for the respective attraction. In case it is possible, you can cancel your Kashi Darshan in your ‘My Account’ section.

No, You need to book again via the mobile app or website to visit again.

Booking your services via the Kashi Darshan App, you are already entitled to an existing discount as per your booking date. We don’t offer any added discount on top of it.

Deny any such payments and report to your nearest authority or by reaching out to Kashi Darshan support.

We send both email and SMS for confirmation. The SMS is also a valid validator for your booking. In case you don’t find the email, please check your spam folders as well. If you are still not finding the mail or SMS, kindly get in touch with our Helpdesk.

A refund, if money has been debited, will be initiated automatically in cases of payment failure. Try again after some time to proceed through the payment. In case that fails as well, kindly get in touch with your bank and our Helpdesk to help you out with it.
