In a bid to provide world class facilities at the Indian Railways’ Varanasi station, a new state of the art Executive Lounge was inaugurated. The Varanasi station is frequented by lakhs of devotees each year, as it is a gateway to the holy city of Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh.The design of the new Executive Lounge is based on the Indian concept of Panchtattva, which is a balance of the five elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Sky and Air.

The new Executive Lounge at Varanasi railway station will offer the visitors a wide range of complementary and paid services such as:

Complementary with ₹ 85.00

Fully air-conditioned lounge
Includes complimentary tea or coffee with a biscuit.
Wi-Fi
Food is available at an additional cost.
Television is accessible to display the train status.
Wheelchairs for senior citizens as well as differently abled passengers
Display of travel essentials, gifts, books and magazines
Restrooms with wash and change facilities

Timing for the executive lounge is 8 AM - 10 PM.

The passengers can access the lounge for a nominal entry charge of ₹ 85 plus taxes for an hour and ₹ 60 plus taxes for each extra hour of stay.

Cancellation is not allowed for this service.
